In many states if there is a clear winner in all the races, then the absentee votes are not counted.

I need to weigh in on this one!! Having been a Military Mother of 30+ yrs. I have always contended that ALL Absentee Ballots of our Military, fighting for our Freedom, SHOULD BE the very first Votes Counted before any on the Homeland!!! More often than not, because the majority of the Military Absentee Ballots are thought to be Conservative Votes and just never seem to make here on time or somehow, just seemingly get lost in the shuffle!!! The Left knows how most of those votes are cast for Conservatives and have in the past been known to dump them in the Persian Gulf after they ended up in Afghanistan in Green Ammo Boxes and got sent back? Coincidences? NOT!!!! This is why Military Votes Should be counted first, not left as an after thought, as IF they never counted!!

Yeah; I know. I was in charge of elections of a large city for a while. We did count absentees, but heard that some did not. That’s wrong, and there’s no excuse for it. The citizens and the candidates need to know ACTUAL numbers at the end of an election.

I don’t know if this could be addressed in Federal Election Commission statutes to apply to all 50 (57?) states, or if it must stay with internal state election law.

this is pretty simple guys. Her margin in sanctuary states of NY-Cali is about 4 million. Her margin nationwide is about 350K. Throw out the percentage of the 4 million cast by non-citizens and she’s not in the lead any more.

I’m sorry for an ignorant question, but why is 300 electoral votes an insurance policy against any unfaithful electors?

If true I will NEVER vote absentee.

I'm not going to take that chance.

I will go wait in line on election day at my local polling place.

If Trump wins by a larger margin in the Electoral College, any forced recount in any single close state won’t make any difference. “Donald Trump won on his way to a resounding 306 to 232 electoral college victory over Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton came from three states where his combined margin of victory was only 108,600 votes.”

The author clarifies his assertion today.

Basically, he backs off a bit, but is confident there are lots of precints where all votes are not counted for lack of need.
