The first police reports started trickling in within 10 hours of Donald Trump's victory speech.
A Muslim student at San Jose University told cops she was attacked from behind in a parking garage at San Jose State University. A man ran up and pulled at her hijab, choking her, university police said.
And also in California, at San Diego State University, another Muslim student reported being followed by two men who made comments about Trump and the Muslims before robbing her, according to the police report.
University police say the suspects confronted the woman, stole her purse and car keys before fleeing the scene. They came back for her car while she was off searching for help.
A third report turned out to be false. A Muslim student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette claimed two men attacked her Wednesday morning, including one who wore a white "TRUMP" hat while they hit her with a metal object and shouted obscenities as she fell to the ground.

I don’t have the story link at my fingertips, but this has been debunked as a hoax.
Imagine that.
What percentage of these are fake? Close to 100%. Unless they’re against Jews.
Why aren’t they out interviewing people who are happy about Trump winning. So many people can’t believe what happened because the pro-Trump movement was never accurately portrayed by the media. It is time 5 stopped up and started reporting news.

So the rate of these “hate crimes” has gone from one a month to three in one day? Fails the smell test.
Statistically, a criminal will be silent before attacking you - not vent about how they hate your ethnic group before a standard robbery. Or they’ll ask for money or help to get close, THEN rob you.
And if it is going to be a hate crime, statistically it is a liberal mob on a white person or Trump supporter, not white on Muslim. Interracial crime is overwhelmingly every other group ON white, not white on others.
Let’s say it was a hate crime. They wouldn’t just take her hijab. They’d beat her up, leave her naked and bleeding, not leave her looking like the average woman on the street.
Should use stories like this on left wing websites just to rile them up.

In November 2015 a female Muslim student at San Diego State claims she was assaulted and had her hijab torn off of her head. The alleged assault happened at about 2:00 pm on a Thursday, the busiest day of the week on the campus. The alleged assault happened in the parking lot where security cameras are everywhere. This was a big news story for days in San Diego.
Well, here we are one year later, no arrests have been made. No descriptions of the alleged assailants. Hmmm.....? No follow up reporting by the local media either.
Facebook was trending this fake news item EVEN AFTER it had been exposed as a fraud.
Overwhelming the political news on FB is anti-Republican/Trump. That ain’t the trend nationally and there is international support.
They DID trend the news that Israel welcomed Trump’s victory over Hillary as Barack’s replacement.
There should be severe penalties for reporting false crimes.

I read a post at Facebook: Muslim man in line at supermarket pushed aside by two white men. When he objected to them, saying he was in line, they started all kinds of anti-Muslim epithets, yelling, cursing, pushing, etc. Then the “witness” left as the police arrived.
Well, this incident was in a town where I lived for almost a quarter century, and in the supermarket where I shopped regularly. Indeed I was in that same story the day before the alleged incident. So, I checked out the police blotter that lists every crime in town, all five of them in a busy day ... the graffiti, the phony phone calls, toilet paper on trees ... . Lo and behold, NOTHING at the location, nothing about ‘hate crimes” against Muslims (or women, or Hispanics or blacks, or anyone). Just pure B.S.

Virtually no blacks or hispanics in California voted for Trump, so I lean against believing this one.
My cousin - an actual professor at a major university - is still posting this bogus story as if it is fact.
