4 years ago, my current hometown went for Obambi by 15% margin.

Trump won by 8%.
not sure when the last time a GOPer carried this town during an even year. Even in CT, Trump won the male DEMS with no college degree. Of couse, with that kind of a swing, it was more than male DEMS.

I see Trump overall just carried 2 counties, Litchfield and Windham (of course, that beat Willard’s 1 win in Litchfield). Windham hadn’t voted GOP for President since 1988.

What’s the town? I can look it up on Dave Leip’s atlas. The answer is probably 1988.

Trump won Litchfield and Windham counties (Fairfield swung further D, ***kers). Essex VT despite a lousy statewide %, Kent RI, only MA spurned him totally.
