There is no way that Trump can make things worse for Chicago. Obama an Rahm Emmanuel have let Chicago descend into the depths for cynical political reasons. A welfare dependent, drug addicted underclass is easily manipulated.

One time my late husband who was born in Peoria and I were talking about voting games in Daley’s Chicago. He said, I wouldn’t worry about it too much, the Republican voting games downstate pretty much balance it out.
