Well it is possible that this is an effort toward putting the possible charges in a box for potential Obama pardon, e.g. worse going forward. But Sunday is a helluva a day for such an announcement. Don’t you think?
Comey’s announcement dates are an inverse Fibonacci function. There will be one more announcement late Monday afternoon.

You think he cares now that his future is assured? There are more important things to him than his personal honor. And what happened to all the disgruntled FBI agents that forced Comey to review Hillary’s emails again?
I wonder if an indictment on charges to the misuse of classified information could actually impair a later prosecution related to the CF, which might need to rely on evidence from the email case.
Can any attorneys answer that?

More important however is the fact that there are already five federal grand jurys empaneled in NYC that the NYPD has to use for whatever purposes and they can not be stopped.So it's likely that they will indict as many of the criminals they want and probably do it sooner rather than later.
If yo watched trumps recent speech where the drivegby journalists were all salivating for Trump to go rogue again get non-presidential and start talking about just how corrupt everything is yet he didn't its because he knows everything he should and then some.He ruined their day. I think many of us on FR are on the same wavelength in that we are able to see when we are being played. Unfortunately; we are outnumbered by the sheeple who drink the media kool-aid.

They worked around the clock? How many? 6,000 of them? They’re counting on Clinton voters to be too stupid not to realize that it’s impossible for those emails to have been read in a week, not even a year. One can’t just look for key words. Understanding the message and its contents and its context takes reading every frickin one, word by word. No other way can one claim to have properly reviewed them.
