A temporary worker for the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office in Florida has alleged in a sworn affidavit... that she was fired ... after witnessing possible absentee ballot fraud by office workers.
But the State Attorney's Office concluded Friday that the workers were duplicating ballots by hand from damaged originals faxed by military personnel and that "there is nothing improper or illegal about the conduct" under state law....
"We were understandably alarmed about what she witnessed," Bob Nichols,.... general counsel for the Broward Republican Executive Committee, ... .[snip]
Through the locked door's window,.... "I could see the four SOE employees sitting at the same table actively filling out election ballots,"... Each worker "had a stack of blank ballots to the right of them … and a stack of completed ballots to their left."...
.... the woman alleged that she was "met by a uniformed security guard at the SOE entrance and told that I had been terminated. "I was given no explanation for this action," [snip]
Donnelly concluded that "it appears preliminarily that..... there is nothing illegal or improper about the conduct." His memorandum did not speak to the woman's alleged termination.
Nichols told Newsmax that while he accepted Donnelly's preliminary findings, he "absolutely" had concerns about them.
"The witnesses' recollection ...."The affidavit says that all of the documents were the same size. "The explanation that they were creating duplicates from faxes, and that the faxes were on different-sized papers, does not comport with what this person saw.
"What Dr. Snipes says does not seem to match what is contained in the affidavit," Nichols told Newsmax, "but, again, that's up to the State Attorney's office to figure out."

It sounds like the state attorney, Donnelly, is swallowing Snipes excuse, but no one else should.
1. Why was the employee abruptly terminated in conjunction with witnessing 'just some staff filling in ballots.'
2. There are steps to verify Snipe's story and they appear not to have been taken.
Where are the fax confirmations for these batches of military ballots?
(The active military in Broward is a relatively small number.)
This attempted steal of another election by Broward County- Snipes- will not continue without notice.
Broward citizens are organizing to protest her office and block her from hijacking the Presidential election in Florida, again.

The wrong person was fired!
The procedure around here would be nobody could touch those ballots unless there were one Democrat and one Republican involved in any vote handling. Besides that, the discarded ballots should be saved. I don't know what the rules are there. The procedure described certainly isn't confidence building.

I just read on Breitbart that the dems are up 7,000 in early voting in Florida.
They just have to steal Florida, and it’s over.
I hope there’s something being done about the cheating going on there - although who does one trust these days to follow the law.

How do we know that they were duplicated accurately? Why did they need to be duplicated at all? Trump should contest this if only to stop (I did not say “prevent” because it is happening already) as much future voter fraud as possible. Those behind this should go to jail.

I read a story about an dying old man who signature could not be verified and they REFUSED to accept the ballot. His son told the official that his Dad in his last stages of cancer... There response? Tough Noogies!
And there you have it in just one sentence and sums up the only remaining hope for H-> and her flying monkeys. Vote fraud, even on a small scale in one office, reduces all of us. Hope Trump's lawyer brigade is paying attention this morning.
Dems were up by 168K in 2012, FYI. And lost by 70K.

We don’t. That is why this excuse does not make any sense. Anything like this has to be done with observers from both parties present, to insure against vote fraud.
