That guy has run perhaps the loneliest Presidential contest in history. Perhaps Abraham Lincoln is the only one to run one lonelier.
Yeah, in the history books, it will have to be said that Trump had an assist from the unlikeliest of people! :-D

Bill, however, is the “King of Poles” - Energizer Bunny poles, working women, interns, strippers, and perhaps some Florida sunshines on the Lolita Express.
