If a person is sentenced in Federal court to pay a fine or restitution and fails to do so...for *whatever* reason...can he/she be put back in prison?
To: lowbridge
$1 million fine and yet Hillary lies to the FBI 39 times, destroys government property and is allowed to run for the office of President.
Seriously, why should anyone care about the laws of this country anymore?
I need more ammo.

On second thought I can easily see a Rat Party appointee overturning the fine as cruel and unusual...and racist. And I can see a Hillary SCOTUS appointee agreeing.

I agree with your sentiment and the double standard is irrefutable when it comes to the Clinton family, but that should not stop us from cheering the fact that these crimes were investigated and prosecuted far more than the media has covered. I believe they convicted some of the rioters of arson also!
I would suggest that it might act as a deterrent for future bad behavior by rioters, but I doubt most of them follow the news or even know. Still a good day if justice was done. America must be (Clintons included) a country where criminal actions have criminal consequences.

About damned time these bastards were prosecuted..
But it needs to be hard time instead of a fine which will never be paid.
Next time we hear of this guy, he’ll be either the shooter or the shootee

These idiots get caught up in the moment and start to think they’re invisible, and that there will be no consequences to their criminality. It’s good to see justice catch up with them.
