Since the FBI reopened its investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's email server Friday, a number of previously pressing questions have made their way back into the fold. Will classified information be found in the new probe? Will the deleted emails finally be discovered? Will Hillary Clinton finally be indicted?

A president can pardon anyone for any federal crime whether or not any charges have been files.
Funny if he pardoned Hillary but not Bill. Bill could be indicted as part of a criminal conspiracy or bribing and paying a high government official ( his wife).
They never impeached Obama for all his illegal actions.

That has nothing to do with the truth she’s telling. Obola doesn’t really like Hillary and is more concerned about his “legacy.” Plus she won’t have been indicted in the time between now and Inauguration Day. It remains for a new AG and FBI director to finish up the investigation and bring charges. As someone has suggested, get all of them on a RICO trial, and at the end jail them all and take all of their money.

If she wins, he may not have to. Enough nasty accidents to anyone who might testify will shut the others up. I wish I were kidding about that. If she loses, he’s going to be torn by a choice between ruining his “legacy” by pardoning her and a chorus of outraged shrieking in the Hillary-friendly media that their queen finds herself subject to mortal law. “They’re only imprisoning her because she’s a woman” will be a 24/7 drumbeat and to hell with the facts. Given that and her ability to transfer a very substantial bribe with no evidence in this country, I’d say he pardons her. Enough lies and the legacy will take care of itself.
I don’t care what the Heritage Foundation says, it cannot be possible to give someone a “get out of jail free” card before charges are filed. That is akin to raising someone above other citizens for life. This would be a Constitutional crisis beyond belief.
Obama threw his own white grandmother under the bus. Don’t you think he’d do the same thing to another old, white woman? There’s no love lost between the Obamas and the Clintons. His legacy is bad enough as it is. I can’t see him dragging it down any lower by pardoning somebody he hates.
If Hilary was pardoned, would that mean she couldn’t plead the fifth if put under oath?
Wait until Trump becomes POTUS THEN charge her, odumbo will have NO SAY in pardoning her one way or the other.
Obama will pardon the lot of them whether or not Clinton is elected.
She ruined his legacy. I doubt he would pardon her.
Remembering that he actually doesn’t like the Clintons, and wants to control the DNC himself, Obama would actually be pretty smart (in a Chicago Crime Boss sort of way) to pardon Hillary.
1. If Hillary loses, he frames the pardon as “letting a frail old lady with health and memory issues” live out her retirement “rather than face criminal prosecution.”
2. If Hillary wins, he claims it’s a “letting a nation heal” thing and that, “despite his grave concerns over her conduct” he “does not want to overturn an election.” He lets her be president but effectively makes her an instant lame duck.

What is at stake is nothing less than the idea, rooted in the Magna Carta, that the legitimacy of the state rests upon both the rulers and ruled being equally subject to a Law that is larger than any individual. The law, like God, must not be a respecter of persons.
The corruption and lawlessness that permeates this society emanates from the top and has trickled down. There is lawlessness on the streets of Chicago and in the boardrooms of Wall Street because of the lawlessness of those in the Oval Office and other corridors of power. Restoring peace and justice to this nation must begin at the top.
It was a mistake to pardon Nixon. It would be a much bigger mistake to pardon Hillary Clinton. If she "wins" such an act will destabilize and delegitimize the state.
If Trump wins he should rescind any such pardon and allow the wheels of justice to spin unrestrained.
