What really kills me is the reckless disregard of the rules and treating it all like it's funny. When asked if she wiped her hard-drive, she asked pissily, "Like with a Kleenex?"

If Hillary is this flippant with classified info, how much do you think she gives a crap about other types of info? Do you think she gives a crap about compromising her employees' social security numbers? What about contract competition-sensitive and For Official Use Only? Any GS-11 would be fired and brought up on charges for handling that stuff the way Hillary did, and I'm not even talking classified here!

For anybody that has had a security clearance, if you're not outraged about this, you don't have a pulse. The real reason that this is on the FBI's front-burner again: career agents are running for the exits because they can't bring themselves to work for a bureau that looks the other way on this kind of crap. I'm sure Comey has heard through unofficial channels that he better not spit on the sidewalk and had better not be in the same area code of any organization reunions. When the rank-and-file is pissed with you, they have ways of letting you know.

Nobody uses a private email server for official business. Period. Full stop.

That's right. All employees are trained to look at e-mail addresses. If it's not .mil or .gov, they're not supposed to send FOUO, Privacy Act, and other info as well as classified. Anybody in the government who sent Hillary anything at her non-government e-mail address could very well be in violation of governing laws, too.

I am sincerely concerned that possibly Huma Wiener has been a spy and forwarded Emails to foreign enemies ! there is no other explanation, Comey admitted there were “ top secret” emails on the hacked server!! What could have done this? We have a traitor next to Hillary IMO!!

Classified and unclassified information do not mix. They don’t travel in the same streams through the same pipes. They move in clearly well defined channels so that never the twain shall meet. Mixing them together is unheard of and a major criminal offense.

Comey's original claim that he wouldn't recommend prosecution because Hillary "had no intent" was completely bogus. It is no more possible to place classified information on an unclassified system by accident than it is to disable the air bags in your car by accident. It takes deliberate action of a type that is probably illegal in a secure space.

This woman's claim to be qualified to be president is based on how she professes to "care" about children. She can present no real qualification, and her actions on national security show that she is a disaster.

She deserves to be in prison.

Hillary having classified information on her private devices was merely a side effect of the real reason she went to all the trouble - to attempt to conceal her communications from scrutiny by various oversight authorities so that she could trade on her position as Secretary of State and presumed next-President-Clinton to shake down rich and powerful people in an influence-peddling scheme.

The fact that she destroyed the emails tells you she didn’t and doesn’t care about what if any National Security breech occurred. In other words, those emails would at the very least told the FBI and CIA what information was in the hands of our enemies.

When the House Select Committee on Benghazi asked to see these emails, the Department of State said they did not have them. Clinton’s lawyers then went through all the emails on her server. They turned over 30,000 emails they decided were work related and deleted

Aside from the deletions...this was an additional series of felonies since as far as anyone knows her lawyers were not properly cleared to see the classified documents.
