Top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin has told people she is unsure how her emails could have ended up on a device she viewed as her husband’s computer, the seizure of which has reignited the Clinton email investigation, according to a person familiar with the investigation and civil litigation over the matter.
The person, who would not discuss the case unless granted anonymity, said Abedin was not a regular user of the computer, and even when she agreed to turn over emails to the State Department for federal records purposes, her lawyers did not search it for materials, not believing any of her messages to be there.

I don’t think he thought he needed to, or maybe he didn’t know how. Perhaps it was on his “to do” list, right under taking pictures of his junk and sending them to teenage girls. That ran into a bit of a snag.

She says she doesn’t know how. My guess; her husband accessed her account and downloaded to his computer, where they were allegedly found in a file called “life insurance.” Motivation? Probably felt Huma would eventually dump him as sexting stuff first came public. By all accounts; it was s cold relationship as well. My theory...He saw there was incriminating subject matter in emails which he possibly intended to trade upon as “life insurance” (i.e., to ‘blackmail’ Huma, Hillary). Either way, he would be guilty of thousands of counts of theft of classified information and government commmunications....and she for negligently handling it. At this point, Weiner was already estranged from Huma, etc. He is in big trouble because it’s his device. If he has any dirt on Clinton’s not found also in emails; he might want to start singing to FBI to save himself from prison.
I forgot I put thousands of emails on that computer. Would I lie to you? The damn Russians did it for sure. They are probably fake anyway. Pay no attention to them. I had a concussion just like Hillary and can not remember anything. Yea that is the ticket, I am brain injured.

Actually there is a way it could have “accidently” gotten on that computer. What if she were emailing a folder of information to herself for insurance purposes, and accidently picked A Weiner instead of H Weiner from her address book?
Another scenario is it was on a thumb drive and Anthony Weiner himself copied them into his computer. Those E Mails will have the sender on them. The FBI knows right now how they got there.
I suspect they are so egregious that even the compromised Comey could not bear it. He is thinking about how history will portray him. He does not want to be listed alongside men such as Benedict Arnold.
