I thought the testimony of one spouse against the other was basically inadmissible in court. I'm not a lawyer though, so I defer to you.

It’s kind of odd that they found huma’s messages while investigating his charges.

There would be no reason to open them.

Would it be legal. I dont know.

I live here but I dont know the usual punishment dished out in NY for this kind of thing. But even in liberal quarters things involving kids hits people in the gut.

If he did he is dead meat unless kept in close protective custody. The Clintons kill people who are about to get embarrassing politically and I don’t think they worry terribly if they have to have it done publicly, even. they have got the deeds done publicly before.

I met Andrew at a Tea Party event in Tucson several years ago. He was really a warm, sincere guy. His legacy lives on.
