How about the real professionals in the FBI were about to walk and talk. Presented the ultimatum and Comey backed down. There is too much anecdotal evidence of the career people being very pissed because it is their careers and dedication to the country that is being sullied.

Why do any of you suppose that Comey said that he did not know if there was anything of any significance in the emails, or is that simply media spin?
The consensus over at DU is that this whole thing is Obama’s fault for keeping Comey (republican) on as FBI Director. Little said re HRC’s actions.
