HOWEVER there are dozens, maybe hundreds, of underlings that aren't going to have the luxury of a Presidential pardon and you can bet that THEY are going to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The result will be the same though...everyone will KNOW the Clintons are lying and corrupt...but worse that they got away with it while nobody else could.
