The Federal Bureau of Investigations will reopen the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server exclusively during her time as Secretary of State.
In a letter to Congress, FBI director James B. Comey revealed that the bureau had learned of more emails connected to the investigation.

It looks like the investigation in Virginia with the Governor and good friend of Hillary produced emails from Hillary’s server that were not previously seen. So they now know there are far more emails than the ones that they have seen so far.
Lets see how far the MSM are in the tank on covering this.

Day late, dollar short. This is Comey doing nothing more than a CYA. He knows nothing will come of this until the elections are way over. Of course, it means this country has a choice to elect a corrupt politician who is under criminal investigation. I feel like we’re in Louisiana in the 1920s.

IMO Wikileaks. Rumors floated around October 1 that COmey asked Gowdy for immunity and Gowdy said, HELL NO!

I believe that someone saw something in these wikileaks that leads to the next step - implication for Clinton and possibly Comey. Intent and evidence of a crime - that’s what I believe.

I am of the belief that the PRIVATE SERVER was the intent. As for Comey "finding" this; nah. He has been a Clinton minion for most of his career. I think something from the latest Wikileaks dump caused Chavetz to decide to reopen the investigation.
I believe that this is now beyond Comey’s control because of email evidence.
Don’t forget that Chaffetz and Gowdy involved here - they are on it - Elliot Ness and his deputy.
Apparently, the FBI believes Trump is going to win and now have to have a clean up on aisle five.
Rush is positing a theory (not his) that Comey is using this to distract from all the ever-more-damaging Wikileaks stuff that has been coming out. Then, late next week, after successfully taking all the air out of Wikileaks, Comey will give Hillary yet another clean bill of health.
