If Hillary thinks she can win the presidency she can start undermining at least one non-controlled SC justice and prep him for removal by impeachment. Then she gets to pick two or more justices to replace the ones missing.

Actually, she’d get at least three bites at that apple. She’d get to replace Scalia, plus Thomas, plus Ginsberg who probably now regrets holding on so long that Obama couldn’t choose her replacement. That would result in 6 leftists on the court, three of whom would be hard-left activists, plus Kennedy, and 5 of them would be relatively young, so they’d be on the bench a long time.
