Washington (CNN)The Democratic National Committee is suing the Republican National Committee for aiding GOP nominee Donald Trump as he argues that the presidential election is "rigged," claiming that Trump's argument is designed to suppress the vote in minority communities.
The suit, filed Wednesday in US District Court in New Jersey, argues that the RNC has not sufficiently rebuked Trump for the line of attack, which he has used as a rallying cry and is assumed to be a way to explain away a potential loss on Election Day.

Just putting worth the “story” that Trump and the GOP are performing illegal activities. Nothing will come of this in terms of getting to a court of law. But that isn’t the point of this particular exercise. If Hillary truly believes she has this election in the bag, then this is more of her paranoia to try and guarantee it. Makes Nixon look like a saint in comparison.
Well there is lots in the O’Keefe videos and the wiki emails that the RNC can sue about. Time they get to it.

Why, unless it’s true, would such a claim stir the DNC to file a lawsuit?
OTOH...we have hundreds of years of PROOF of voter fraud and also over 50 recent years of explicit voter fraud to PROVE how Dems have RIGGED elections. Oh hell...we even now have, thanks to O'Keefe, video of criminal confessions, by DEM operatives, of how they have RIGGED them.
Maybe they should have sued Obama in 2008 for openly admitting that the polls are rigged in Chicago.

Same thing here. Suing because the GOP didn’t sufficiently “rebuke” Trump. These birds could make a murder of crows blush.
