Those people were the homeless people who needed to get in line for a room at the Salvation Army. Yes, a few homeless people uses that park - and many parks near downtown - as their daytime space. One day, in the splash area (a water soaking area), I saw a homeless man using it to bathe. He sat in it fully clothed.
Point.I feel the same way about the description Dr. Ted Noel gave about the effects of Parkinson’s Disease. He makes a case that she has it, or something very like it. And it sounds awful.
Set the politics aside, you shouldn’t wish it on anyone. Of course, if she does have it, and the effects are as described, no patriot could imagine voting for someone who had it, and hid that from the voters.

I want my state legislature to modify the way the state “appoints,” as the Constitution puts it, the Electors to which it is entitled. HIPPA notwithstanding, no candidate should be on the ballot for POTUS without having medically demonstrated reasonable probability of being competent five years after being put on the state’s ballot.
