The immunity agreement is limited to information located on Cheryl Mills computer, not information on John Podesta’s computer and it seems Mills cc’ed Podesta on a lot of damaging correspondence that was under subpoena order to preserve documents and should have been provided to Congress long ago

That would be true in a different governing regime, but under the current regime, or a continuation of it by the election of Hillary, then legal considerations are irrelevant. We now live in a dictatorship. It is only by removing that government that these legal considerations can come into play.

Yup and, as pointed out here before, remember why the FBI never found the e-mail to begin with... The immunity agreement didn’t allow them to look at any e-mails after 1/31/2015.
Connecting the dots, here, this just stinks to high heaven.
This means anything emailed in 2016 is fair game & not under the immunity....
That is true...but if the enemy remains in control of the U.S. Government and all of it’s legal and police functions, the lack of technical immunity is meaningless. The coup de tat will be complete and the law will be whatever they say it is at the moment. And don’t expect Ryan or McConnell to raise a banner against them...the GOPe is on Hillary’s side.
