The one thing Donald Trump said that was the most important of the presidential race
Washington Times ^ | 10+19-16 | Monica Crowley

By touting his wealth, he has invoked the dream of great prosperity

In the 16 months since Donald Trump announced his candidacy, he has said many hard-hitting and provocative things.

But he has also said the single most important thing of the campaign.

It was a statement that was so obvious and deceptively simple that it largely evaporated into the political ether. But it was also a statement of such power that it transformed the Republican presidential race — and may very well determine the future path of the nation. And it was only five words long.

“I’m rich!” he exclaimed. “I’m really rich.”

That declarative statement was as profound a statement any candidate for president could make — because for eight long years, President Obama and the left have waged a vicious, relentless war on the wealthy, individual success, business and the nation’s prosperity. Personal wealth has been endlessly attacked and demonized, and economic growth has been stifled. Mr. Obama and his comrades have used brutal class warfare to radically redistribute wealth in order to achieve what he called “the fundamental transformation of the nation.”

With just one phrase, Mr. Trump counterattacked — and began to reverse Mr. Obama’s socialist advance.

Just as a detail, my sister was in Washington last week for business and stayed at the Trump Hotel there. She brought me back an awesome MAGA Trump hat, Trump stationery, a Trump pen, and a bar of Trump soap.

AWESOME!!!

My vote for the most important thing he said:

“You should be in jail.”

I think the most important words he said were: “Build that wall!”
The message was so direct, so simple and straightforward that the mainstream media couldn’t stop it.

The most important point of Trump’s campaign is his rising expectations for the Merican people.

Hillary consistently down plays expectations and it has had a profound negative effect on millenials.

Which is why Trump is going to win.

“Which is why Trump is going to win.”

Remember, he has to win by more than the margin of fraud.

My vote for the most important thing SHE, Hillary said:

At the Al Smith dinner when she bumped into Trump, "Pardon Me." Brought a smile to my wrinkled countenance.

HilLIARy is rich, too, but Donald didn’t get that way by taking illegal foreign bribes from enemy dictatorships and by selling governmental favors

Also remember Trump needs the electoral vote, other does not count. If memory serves, Gore had the popular vote in 2000,Bush won with the electoral.

“If memory serves, Gore had the popular vote in 2000”

That’s what the forces of evil said, but it was actually fraud.

No democrat has won legitimately since Truman, and I’m far from certain about him.

Both candidates made money by selling things to folks who wanted to buy them. One of the candidates actually owned the things he sold.

Not only was he truthful in that pronouncement, it gutted what would be a media feast had he not....now he should ask how do relatively middle class to poor politicians become so rich during their tenure in office? It ain't hard work....I think a word for it could be "free loading" on the backs of tax payers.

By the way, had Trump not said " “I will totally accept the results of this great and historic presidential election — if I win,”...The headlines would have said...:Trump concedes he is losing.........." DT was soooo wise in giving the answer he did.
