Report: Justice Department Extorts Companies to Fund Left-Wing Activists
Breitbart ^ | 24 Oct 2016 | Joel B. Pollak

A new report from the Government Accountability Institute (GAI) concludes that the Obama administration’s Department of Justice has been extorting fines from major banks, which are then used to fund leftist groups that push the Democratic vote. The report notes that while community organizing groups have been using aggressive, “terrorist” tactics for decades to force banks to provide funding for their operations, the Obama administration has brought the power of the federal government to bear on their behalf.

Banks are threatened with lawsuits for racial discrimination based on the controversial “disparate impact” theory, and offered incentives to settle by paying left-wing groups directly, beyond the review or oversight of Congress.

Businesses are easy targets for extortion from corrupt government operatives. The Obama administration and the Clintons extort money continually.

We constantly see articles that claim, “HSBC paid $1.9 billion in fines...” but they NEVER say to WHOM. It seems it is always to ACORN or La Raza. There are RICO cases here that make themselves and if We and Trump can’t fix it then We got a problem.

Not that it matters to the current administration, but this practice is an unconstitutional appropriation of federal funds without Congressional authority.

Corruption might be described as a healthy host invaded by a malignancy.

There is no healthy host anymore - only the malignancy remains and it is targeting everything else.

ALL nonprofits should lose tax exempt status - most of ‘em are nothing more than places for liberal elites to do damage on OUR DIME.

The serious shakedowns began in the ‘90s with the DOJ attacks against Intel and Microsoft.
They stopped as soon as they started doing what they were told.
Its sad as Intel used to be a fine company.
It changed as soon as Paul Otellini retired (or was forced out)

GOPJ:" Banks are threatened with lawsuits for racial discrimination based on the controversial “disparate impact” theory,

"

This statement deserves a repeat
since there is no accountability, nor has there been an audit !!

<>. . . beyond the review or oversight of Congress.<>

This speaks to why I will sit out the congressional portion of the election. Congress has become an institution without a purpose beyond reelection of its members.

One of the Fox investigative reporters tonight mentioned that one of the left wing groups has links to the Communist Workers Party.

How did those folks get damaged by disparate impact of banking rules?
