Missouri catches a break. Media says premiums to increase “only” by 35%.
I long for the days when dear leader assured us we would save $2,500 a year in premiums.
Meanwhile, young and healthy millennials have decided it is ridiculous to overpay for healthcare with $5,000 deductibles to support chronically ill smokers with cancer.

Odd, they didn’t mention chronically ill queers.
The problem I see with providing a catastrophic care is that the emergency rooms, which are overrun now, will become the absolute last place one wants to go unless via ambulance.
The number of people who would sign up for catastrophic and then use the ER as a doctors office would be incredible.
I used catastrophic for decades! I am a generally healthy individual, even now at 53 and would take a catastrophic plan over what is forced on us now. Due to my age (at least I believe) my rates are through the roof. I exercise, not on any meds at all, BP is 107/76, weight appropriate, most I need are glasses. Self employed and the rates and financial stress of healthcare is what is going to kill me.
President Obama calls this a transition.
Yeah like shovel ready jobs.........................
trump had better get’out there and say they will not enforce penalties for not being enrolled in obamacare and will fire any govt agent that does.
I meant that when Trump takes office, catastrophic care could be one of the things that replaces Obamacare.
