That was ugly! Today’s Morning Joe offered a prime example of the notion that the bitterest political fights are the ones between members of the same party. Joe Scarborough and Bill Kristol got into a nasty spat over Kristol’s accusation that in the early days of the campaign, Morning Joe had been supportive of Donald Trump, and by extension bears some responsibility for his rise.
An angry Scarborough shot back “you lied!” and laid out the case that he had declared early on that he wouldn’t vote for Trump, had analogized his call for a Muslim ban to Germany circa 1933, and said that Trump’s reluctance to reject David Duke’s endorsement was disqualifying.

Scarborough did seem to support Trump for a long. Until he won the nomination.

It occurred to me that they were both causing heart burn to their Lefty owners, viewers and side kicks, and might even risk their jobs.
This was the primary and the media wanted this match up. Mika was positively prescient that contrary to the belching and snorting and dismissal of DJT, he would win the R nomination.
Mike Barnicle, a regular panelist, bet against her, by promising her a “pickup truck”, (as they call it) if TRUMP won the nomination. He has NOT paid off.
Then when the general election was set Mika and Joe started the war.
Kristol was livid this morning, as he reminded them of their promotion of TRUMP. Kristol was probably mostly livid because he knows even these MSM polls are going to tighten.
Trump can pull this off on TURN OUT. The “had enough” crowd are going to turn out big.
It may very well be Hillary who wants the recount. What will the media say then?

Sorry, I don’t remember anything about an email. I remember their viscious remarks elicited a reaction from DJT, in a tweet and the romance was over. He never phoned in to their show again.
They never gave him a kind word after they practically got him nominated on the Left.
