The ballots (of the dead and repeat voters) have already been counted! Nah ... they don't know for sure how many they need to fabricate. There are always the very patriotic urban industrial precincts with at least 110% voter turnout, all for the 'Rat, and the last minute.

A Washington Post/Survey Monkey poll released Tuesday showed the former secretary of State leading in enough states to take 304 electoral votes — well above the 270 needed to win.
