I can’t find it now, but there was a video of a WWII surrender ceremony (on the USS Missouri ???) where a Japanese officer came aboard, offered a handshake and the US guy instinctively reached out his hand, then corrected himself and thumbed the guy aboard.
I’d love to see Trump offer his hand to Clinton and when she refuses, thumb her over to her podium. The ultimate humiliation and Alpha-Male tactic.
