FBI: Clinton Email Contained Highly Classified Info When Sent
Washington Free Beacon ^ | October 17, 2016 | Lachlan Markay

An email stored on Hillary Clinton’s private email server contained information that was highly classified at the time it was sent, the Federal Bureau of Investigation revealed on Monday.

According to FBI interview notes in its Clinton investigation released on Monday, “one of these e-mails was TOP SECRET/SCI at the time of transmission.”

The finding contradicts months of claims by Clinton, her campaign, and her political allies that she did not send or receive information that was classified at the time.

The TS/SCI designation is reserved for extremely sensitive national security information that can only be handled in secure settings such as Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).

Sensitive compartmented information is sometimes referred to as “above top secret” due to its highly sensitive nature, although it is not a separate classification category.

Yes, but this is Hillary Clinton. We mustn’t hold her to the same standards as mere mortal humans. /s

So what, it’s only top secret stuff, and besides, “at this point what difference does it make”

My life for much of my 30 years with the company. And this traitor thinks it's no problem sending this information over an unclassified network, basically to circumvent tracking by the government. I would have been in jail long before any trial if I had been accused of a fraction of what Hillary and those under her charge have done.

There were Americans to kill to retrieve a few
of the anti civilaircraft weapons
given to al Qaeda by Clinton/Obama for themselves
and ISIS.

A ‘two-fer’ for the First Mosque
and the Clinton FOUNDATION.

Wouldn’t the FBI be slightly curious as to HOW that email got there?

IE - who sent it?, How did they send it?, Did they use a storage device to get it out of the SCIF?

Nah.

Classified material was obtained through great sacrifice and sometimes lives were given to obtain.
Hillary treats if with the respect her husband afforded to the women he brutally raped.
Harsh analogy but true.

And yet, instead of getting fired and going to trial like anyone else, she gets to run for POTUS. uneffingbelievable.

But it is just so Damned inconvenient to have to access in a scif when she could view it in the comfort of her unsecured home. I mean really, how could her witchness be bothered with all that security stuff?

Remember, it was the FBI that gave this to congress. So, Comey knew this when he refused to charge her.

Anyone wanta’ bet she gets away with it?

Maybe, just maybe, if she’s on video saying “Kill all the niggers”, she might pull out of the race. But nothing is going to send her to jail. They’ve got way too much power now.

It is a crime is ordinary people do it. But it is not a crime if Hillary does it. Just ask CNN.

I used to work with guys that had security clearance (not sure what level) but I would often hit on areas where they would say “I can’t talk about that,” and would cite their oath to protect that data no matter who they personally trusted. I never took it personally and in fact thought it was pretty cool I would ever come in contact with potentially sensitive information to require someone to inform me of it. I think at a minimum a potential President needs to have that level of respect for secret information.

Is this the classified email that the U.S. State Department’s Under Secretary of State for Management Patrick Kennedy was negotiating a reduction in classification status in return for more highly coveted foreign postings for high level FBI agents?

If so, there is a problem and Comey is going to be lot less concerned with some IT guys infamous, “Oh S.H.I.T” moment and become far more concerned with Comey’s own ,”Luuucccyyy, you got some splainin’ to do” moment.

This is one of the downsides to having a civilian as commander in chief.

I would personally prefer that a candidate would have to have served in the military prior to running for the office.

That would be no panacea, but at least then a person would actually understand taking as well as giving orders, and would understand the necessity and importance of classified materials.

I thought there were eight emails found in total that were TS/SCI? Comey (for what little it is worth) said the TS SCI material was not copied directly from source material, but was being discussed by Clinton and the other addressees.
