The guy whose weapon is held low is the SAW gunner. Those are a little awkward to carry at “patrol carry”.

Let’s just hope and pray that Putin and his fellow leaders have the wisdom and the patience to resist the provocations until January 20th. This, of course, assumes that Trump is elected and will actually assume office on that date. Putin knows that Trump will be very pro-american, but very reasonable.

Obama has been utterly reckless, and Clinton will be worse, if anything. In fact, I would be more worried if Clinton appears to win the election (and I say “appears” because we all know that there will be a great deal of fraud; I fully expect that the election will be contested no matter who appears to win), than I would be about Clinton banning entire classes of firearms by executive order after January 20th (and I am virtually certain that she will do that, and worried about that). I think that the Russians know that Clinton is utterly a tool of Works and the one-worlders, and they hate Russia and Putin.

Infowars may not be the best place to go, but there were vids showing top brass:
one pushing a confrontation, the other saying,” if we shoot....they'll shoot back..”; then RAF giving orders to pilot to fire on Russian & Syrian jets!!?/

What!??

I have respect for Russian capabilities. Despite what that general said, Russian military will not be “rolled over”.
I have studied Russian tactics and art of war, they never do anything with intent of losing.

[sigh]

Agree. They are focused on an agenda and I agree, these are very wicked people.

Dhimmicrats are good at plowing headlong into wars and
starting wars; then when a Republican gets in office; it
suddenly becomes the sole responsibility of the Repubs to
RETREAT!! Democrats can always write their own narrative.

As a country, we’re pretty stupid about foreign policy. Pretty much from the get go.

Bring our troops home.
Everything we’ve touched in the ME has turned to crap because we’re not ruthless enough to make our will stick.
Let the Sov, er, Russians handle it. They know how to deal with savages.

Putin has an English twitter account. I send him messages every now and then. I wish we could know how soon this will happen. I am completely convinced it will happen.

The MSM have blood on their hands for not even blinking about all of this...

"War" is such a negative word.

"Overseas Contingency Plan" sounds so much more helpful. /s

I was thinking this weekend if I had written a novel 30 years ago with the premise that a black US president would blunder into World War III by attacking Russia because they were telling the truth about the US and making it difficult to elect a certain women president nobody would have published it.

The press certainly isn’t reporting it this way.

Both the neocons and left interventionists - almost all of them chickenhawks, or failures, or pogues - posture with bleating about national strength and dominance. In fact they have all seriously weakened America, and are now exporting bad will, and importing our enemies.

Worth quoting from time to time:

“Sun Tzu said: In the operations of war, where there are in the field a thousand swift chariots, as many heavy chariots, and a hundred thousand mail-clad soldiers, with provisions enough to carry them a thousand LI, the expenditure at home and at the front, including entertainment of guests, small items such as glue and paint, and sums spent on chariots and armor, will reach the total of a thousand ounces of silver per day. Such is the cost of raising an army of 100,000 men.

When you engage in actual fighting, if victory is long in coming, then men’s weapons will grow dull and their ardor will be damped. If you lay siege to a town, you will exhaust your strength.

Again, if the campaign is protracted, the resources of the State will not be equal to the strain.

Now, when your weapons are dulled, your ardor damped, your strength exhausted and your treasure spent, other chieftains will spring up to take advantage of your extremity. Then no man, however wise, will be able to avert the consequences that must ensue.

Thus, though we have heard of stupid haste in war, cleverness has never been seen associated with long delays.

There is no instance of a country having benefited from prolonged warfare.

It is only one who is thoroughly acquainted with the evils of war that can thoroughly understand the profitable way of carrying it on.

The skillful soldier does not raise a second levy, neither are his supply-wagons loaded more than twice.”

Russia may have hacked the DNC and Podesta's emails, but why not RNC emails? There is no proof that Russia is behind the Wikileaks releases.

Think of who has more to lose if HRC gets in? NSA is comprised with all the spooks that get the undercover info and decimates it. Her home brew server put hundreds of CIA "assets" at risk. They are pissed and trying their best to stop her.

But Obama is publically blaming and threatening the Russians. Does it matter relative to the possibility of escalation into war whether the Russians are at fault or not?

I figured the RNC wasn’t hacked because they are more professional. (maybe a poor assumption). Could it also be they are not as near as dirty as the DNC? (maybe another poor assumption).

Why does Obama think he has the authority to act militarily in Syria? I can’t recall any votes taking place in Congress authorizing the President (any President) to act there. In fact I think there wasn’t a vote because they knew it was going to be rejected overwhelmingly. No American interests are at risk there, not even an embassy getting overrun and an Ambassador getting killed (which we know does not warrant a military response). You can’t say we are fighting the war on terror because we are aiding the terrorists! There needs to something said about this. The press is barely covering it.....That idiot in the Oval Office is going to get us into an ILLEGAL war with Russia. I fear I’m going to wake up and hear that there was an aerial combat incident with one or both sides taking casualties and Obama rattling his pathetic little saber.

Didn't Bill Clinton bomb an aspirin factory to 'change the subject' and the press at the time was too vile and compromised to call him on it?

Was the State Department working with the FBI to take classified markings off Hillary's emails? Would 'State' cause an incident leading to the deaths of millions of innocent Americans and innocent Russians.... to cover for the Clintons?

Offering a bribe to an FBI agent is a crime. Are we going to die to cover for the effing Clintons? Does Chris Wallace give a damn?
