HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — A Connecticut judge has dismissed a lawsuit by Newtown families against the maker of the rifle used in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, saying federal law shields gun manufacturers from most lawsuits over criminal use of their products.
Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis on Friday granted a motion by Madison, North Carolina-based Remington Arms to strike the lawsuit by the families of nine children and adults killed and a teacher who survived the 2012 attack. A gunman killed 20 children and six adults at the school with an AR-15-style rifle.

One could argue that the real trolls on this thread are members of the official narrative patrol, here to make sure that no one deviates from the official story. I have never understood why some folks have such a visceral reaction to independent discussion.

When an official narrative for an event like this results in major changes in legislation, yeah, it deserves scrutiny. Folks in this forum, of all people, should be sensitive to such concepts given Fast and Furious, given the Clinton Foundation behavior, given the wikileaks releases of Clinton emails etc.
I am sure there are errors in things that I have seen and read. But the official narrative is still not believable.

There is no such thing as a “Sandy Hook Truther”, except as a classification in some people’s minds of folks who don’t accept the official story.
There is a long history of investigative journalism in this country. The governments involved cannot be counted on to investigate themselves. Asking questions is good. What about Fast and Furious? Was that intentional gun-running by the executive branch, to promote gun control, yes or no?

Every bit of evidence supports the narrative that Lanza killed his mother, took her weapons, and killed a bunch of kids at Sandy Hook.
I’ve seen not a shred of evidence proving otherwise.
Your theory hinges on folks who would fake a shooting, commit dozens of incidents of fraud by faking identities, possibly killing people, and paying off a while town but balk at the idea of submitting fake evidence during a civil trial.
Something is fundamentally broken in your think.

Real mock events/drills, admitted as such, occur all around the country. We can imagine that they require a lot of work to plan. Going from such an event to a mock event, which is portrayed as being a real-time event, also requires a lot more work. But it wouldn’t be that much harder to do. It would require more advance planning, and far more detailed recruiting of those involved, who would need to be vetted to be sure that they support the final agenda (such as gun control), and are potentially willing to play the role for years to come. Or willing to disappear.
The response of a willing and compliant media is easy. Look how they are coordinating with the Clinton campaign. Actually the media is a defacto adjunct of the Clinton campaign.
People are in general fearful of asking uncomfortable questions. They don’t want to lose friends, jobs or get kicked out of social arrangements like FR. It should not be that way in this country. What happened to 1st amendment freedoms? We are fed porno and sodomite propaganda on TV, yet we are not supposed to discuss matters such as this, with real potential consequences to our future as a Republic? Please.
The official SH narrative is simply not believable to anyone who spends an hour or two watching video footage and looking at the alleged photos of the crime scene. Moreover, the refusal of the authorities to answer basic questions in the aftermath, the public reactions of the authorities at the scene are all highly abnormal.
