Yes, he did it. I saw the same footage. And he had previously done exactly the same thing regarding a different person who wasn't handicapped. That's a fact. I've seen that footage.
So if Trump has used precisely the same gestures in both cases, how can you claim that he's making fun of a handicapped person by doing that? That's simply not logical.

Here we are just about three weeks from the election and our candidate is struggling and we are faced with the very real possibility that Hillary Clinton will be the president. My God, is this the best this country can do?
He never made fun of the handicapped reporter for his HANDICAP... the arm movement he made was inferred by the media as making fun of the man for being handicapped, and they ran with it. There are numerous of videos showing him making that same arm motion regarding other people he thinks little of. So instead of treating the reporter like a normal person he disagreed with... you and the media feel he should have given him special attention.
