I walked away from a six figure gummint job 10 years ago. So, ten years is the answer.
When given immunity it is only good if you freely testify. Any evidence not voluntary given is able to be used to prosecute. Immunity means you must spill your guts. The truth, the whole truth is required.
Yep - and some think that the good ones should quit and leave it all in the hands of the bad ones in order to “make a statement”. If/when trump gets in, we will need a solid core of the good ones to rebuild the integrity of both the FBI and DOJ.
With no prospects on the horizon leaving your family's welfare in jeopardy?
If the good ones quit then the bad ones will be in even tighter control. If/when Trump wins, he will need a solid core of the good ones to rebuild the integrity of the FBI and DOJ.

Took a job in the private sector at less than half the pay. Of course, I could afford to, my kids were grown and I didn’t need the money. I am sure there are more than a few senior FBI types who could do the same. And, fact is, a grateful nation would hire them right back. They would be out of work months. But there don’t seem to be even one. Sad.

It’s funny, these honest people sound just like Muslims complaining about the bad image of them. Yet we see no demonstrations, protests, or the like coming out. Just like the ‘Moderate America-loving” Muslims in my book.
Do something about it or STFU.
