A male child molested before puberty by a female becomes obsessed with hetero-sexuality such that their sexual maturity stops at the point at which the molestation occurred.
The socio-sexual maturity seems to anchor at the same point of age.
In other words, a male child molested by an older girl becomes an easy victim of women who have the same basic emotional presentation of the original molester.
The man is primed to act out the original molestation drama. By force if necessary...particular if the male child was the instigator in the initial molestation (knowingly or unconsciously).
However, WJC's rape/control/anger issue indicates another element to this situation.
Clinton is not seeking compliant sex with a forceful adult (i.e. older partner), he is seeking to dominate said partner.
From this point of view it appears to suggest that WJC, himself, seduced a baby sitter...who complied. And then he kept on going.
It is also possible that WJC expresses his passive/aggressive anger at his step-father into his sexuality.
