Glenn Beck on opposing Trump: It's the "moral, ethical choice"
CBS News ^ | Oct. 12, 2016

Posted on 10/12/2016 8:40:42 AM PDT by Rennes Templar

Conservative political commentator and former Fox News personality Glenn Beck said that opposing GOP nominee Donald Trump is the “moral, ethical choice” -- even if it that inadvertently leads to supporting Hillary.

“It is not acceptable to ask a moral, dignified man to cast his vote to help elect an immoral man who is absent decency or dignity,” he wrote in a Facebook over the weekend. “ If one helps to elect an immoral man to the highest office, then one is merely validating his immorality, lewdness, and depravity.”

Beck’s comments follow a tumultuous week for the Trump campaign in which dozens of Republicans have either publicly denounced or rescinded their endorsements for their party leader after the release of a video showing Trump making sexually demeaning comments towards women. Unlike many of those in his party, Beck, however, has been an outspoken critic of the business mogul from the very beginning--supporting, instead, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, in the primaries. In a recent interview with Vice, Beck said he had briefly considered voting for Mrs. Clinton, but said that he “could never.”

But he also added this in his Facebook post, “If she is elected, the world does not end.... Once elected, Hillary can be fought. Her tactics are blatant and juvenile, and battling her by means of political and procedural maneuvering or through the media , through public marches and online articles, all of that will be moral, worthy of man of principal. Her nominees can be blocked, her proposed laws voted down.”

In a post on his website, Beck clarified his remarks about Clinton, saying it doesn’t mean he’s endorsing or voting for her. . If the election were today, he said, he would vote for Darrell Castle of the Constitution Party, but that it’s “subject to change.”

Easy discussion to have with Beck

Which is more dangerous to the future of the Republic?

A career politician with a proven track record of corruption and lawlessness who, as the darling of the US Political Media, will be able to thumb her nose at any attempt to check and balance her power (if even if a cowardly PC Congress or Judiciary would be even willing to try)

A businessman, who career has demonstrated a respect for the rule of law, and whose power would be balanced by a hostile media and a suspicious Congress?

Hey Glenn Beck - We are all waiting to hear you condemn every other use of crude language. How about asking for a ban on crude language in movies - no reason to have James Bond movies available on Netflix since they have titles like "Octopussy" and villains like "Pussy Galore."

And Glenn, how about banning rap music with offensive lyrics, or asking the President to resign since he likes Kanye West's music.

The old Arizona Territorial prison in Yuma, AZ has a jail cell for insane people like Beck. It is so small that the prisoner has to stand up...no space to sit or lie down.

It is not acceptable to ask a moral, dignified man to cast his vote to help elect an immoral man who is absent decency or dignity,...

But is it acceptable to help an immoral woman who is absent decency or dignity be elected POTUS?

Beck’s ethics = criminal invaders, more cop killings, more muslim terrorism, more drug smuggling and at more liberal SCJ.

Glad i don’t have any ethics!

Moral?

“You who is without sin, cast the first stone...”

Most good in Scripture, and history, came from flawed/vile people who decided to do right. Sure, consider 11 years ago, but what of their yesterday? Today? Tomorrow? Hillary has already declared 1/4 of Americans her enemy subject to oppression.
