Former Republican Attorney General Michael Mukasey has been one of the most vocal critics of Hillary Clinton over her email use, but he says Donald Trumps threat to possibly jail her is something that we dont do here.
Mukasey, who served as the nations top law enforcement officer under President George W. Bush, told the Washington Post in an interview Monday that it would be like a banana republic if Trump followed through on his threat at Sunday nights debate.

Libby and Martha Stewart are good examples. Prosecuted for lying to investigators. Each could have refused to cooperate, and then they would not be lying. Hillary said she thought "(C)" was alphabetical order. That's a material lie in this investigation.
She also should be prosecuted for mishandling, not just lying.

The first order of business for the special prosecutor would be to determine how badly compromised/sabotaged the FBI investigation was by White House/DOJ instructions and the FBI director’s interference.
If I was Mr. Weasel ... er, Comey, I would be worried.
Then conduct the investigation with a properly scoped mandate and investigators authorized to examine every aspect of Clinton’s time as secretary of state (to include tie-ins to the Clinton foundation).
Let the chips fall where they may. I don’t particularly want her or Bill in jail (don’t want to pay for their expenses) but I would like the Clinton brand made so infamous that they leave American politics forever.
I even have no problem with investigating the 22 million emails that they claim Bush destroyed to make it even less partisan in nature.
