You'd Better Steel Your Spines, Folks -- Because I've Never Seen It Like This

RUSH: Man, oh, man, oh, man. I really hope you people have your stiff spines in today and for the duration, because I have never seen it like this. I don't believe I have ever seen the daily soap opera, the script, the narrative so ramped up, amped up, one-sided. The left is behaving almost like they are in panic. There's something about this is just really odd.

By the way, greetings, folks. Great to have you here. 800-282-2882 if you want to be on the program. The email address, ElRushbo@eibnet.com. Uh, that's right, it's syllable memory. It's ElRushbo@eibnet.us. I'm sorry. Thank you for catching that.

It is just overwhelming. We are being drowned. We are being assaulted, folks, with the premise that it is over, that it is hopeless, that the GOP is abandoning Trump and that Trump is gonna get even with the GOP and the GOP is gonna destroy itself. And then Trump's gonna destroy the GOP when this is all over.

There's gonna be nothing left but Democrats. There will not be any viable Republicans left when this election is over. We are going to a one-party dictatorship, and it is being celebrated out there.

It is being set up this way. They're not calling it that, but that's what they're aiming for. They are clearly salivating at the total end of the Republican Party, and they think that's what Trump is engineering. Some are even blaming me for this today. But, really, you're gonna need to hang in. You know who we're talking about here. We're talking about the Democrat Party and the media, which is one and the same. There are no checks and balances, there are no guardrails, there's nothing to stop them, to keep them on the highway, to keep them on the road. They can go wherever they want to go, and they are doing so.

They can be as hypocritical as they want. They can be as outrageous as they want. They can lie, they can distort, all the while accusing Trump of doing all this. But the thing that I noticed amongst all of this and what confirms for me that all of this is manufactured and artificial -- and by that I mean the outrage over Trump's tape. That's manufactured and artificial. Do not believe for a moment that these people on the left who are responsible for our out of control culture and out of control society are offended by what Trump said on that video.

They're not offended by it; they're ecstatic. They think it gives them an opportunity to ignore Hillary, and that's exactly what's happening. What Hillary wants to do, Hillary Clinton has done, Hillary Clinton policy, Hillary Clinton failure, Hillary Clinton lack of real qualifications as documented for 30 years is not even near being discussed. It's certainly not on the front page, the lead item anywhere near any broadcast network or newspaper or website. Hillary Clinton is totally off the news cycle except to the extent that she is benefiting, how she is keeping her cool, how she is enjoying, but nothing about what her policies are.

They're doing their best to cover up all of the really fascinating stuff that this WikiLeaks dump has produced. One of the most glaring -- I had to double-check this. I wanted to make sure that we could actually find this on the WikiLeaks site, and we have found it on the WikiLeaks site. Mrs. Clinton -- it was John Podesta, actually -- in an email admitting that Hillary Clinton has begun to hate everyday Americans. This is an email that Podesta sent on April 19th of 2015.

It was a discussion on the talking points that Hillary should use in framing her candidacy in order to get a good head start, you know, why she was running, what was it all about. And Podesta, in this email, says, "I know she has begun to hate everyday Americans, but I think we should use it once the first time she says I’m running for president because you and everyday Americans need a champion."

So they came up with that phrase "I am your champion. I will be your champion. You are with me; I am with you." And Podesta says we need to do this because Hillary has begun to hate everyday Americans. He says, " I think if she doesn't say it once, people will notice and say we false started in Iowa."

Now, I fully expect they're gonna have some kind of spin for this, to say that, "No, no, no. Hillary didn't think that. Podesta was worried people would think that or what have you." They'll try to spin their way out of this if they think they have to. I actually think they're beginning to feel invincible. I think they think they've got this won, it's in the tank. They are gloating already. They are partying around the corpse that they believe is the Trump campaign. And look what did it, one video, or the audio, one video that was released on Friday about Trump talking about Nancy O'Dell.

By the way, I sat next to Nancy O'Dell at a party. She's a nice lady. I think this was at -- don't quote me on this, but I think it was during the AT&T Pro-Am. Yeah. Jim Nantz has a clam bake dinner every Saturday night on the Saturday night of the Pro-Am, and when I was playing, I was of course invited. At the time Nancy O'Dell was dating Michael Bolten. Michael Bolton was there, and the seating arrangements, I sat next to her, we had a pleasant conversation all night. That's it. There's no news here. I have nothing to say other than I happen to know somebody that's in the news here.

She was perfectly nice, Bolten was nice, they were all nice. It's usually a great event that Nantz puts on. I haven't been to it in two or three years, but it's always in the basement of a great, great restaurant. I'm having a mental block on the name of the restaurant. It's not relevant to the story. That's the woman Trump was supposedly talking about, Nancy O'Dell.

So it's over the top. All of this is so out of proportion and we're getting this moralism from people who have taken pride in destroying morality. And they've created a culture where there isn't any. They've created a culture and a society, entertainment pop culture where there isn't any morality whatsoever. It's even worse than that. If you try to stand up for morality, they call you a prude. They shame you into standing up, and they claim you're old-fashioned and prudish and out of touch and you've got no business talking about any of this. They mock and laugh, and that's how they get people to shut up.

ut it's just over the top. And then we haven't even gotten to the Republican side of this. Paul Ryan, whatever progress, if any, Trump had made in the debate, Ryan just stripped it away with his announcement that he was not going to unendorse, but he had it with Trump and he was gonna totally focus on saving the Republican majority in the House and the Senate. And now there's an internecine battle going on in the Republican Party. People are wondering when this election's over, regardless how it happens, what is there going to be regarding the Republican Party? Is it gonna exist? What's it gonna stand for? What's it going to be known for?

So many people are proudly, proudly standing up for the Republican Party to lose, and everybody has a pretty good idea who these Republicans are. You know, Mike Huckabee was on The Kelly File last night, and he was asked about this reluctance that the party and the party leadership is showing in getting behind Trump's campaign, all because of this audio. They'll claim it's more than that, but this thing Friday that came out gave everybody the excuse to jump ship, everybody the excuse to abandon Trump and to start ripping into Trump and so forth. The hypocrisy here is just off the charts.

Before we get to Huckabee, did you hear what Eleanor Holmes Norton said? Eleanor Holmes Norton. She is the nonvoting representative to the House of Representatives in Washington, DC. They can't have voting members there because it's not a state. But she gets to go there and she gets to participate and so forth. Eleanor Holmes Norton, of course, has endorsed Hillary. She said that she felt sorry, almost felt sorry for Kathleen Willey and Paula Jones and Juanita Broaddrick during the predebate press conference that Trump had.

Donald Trump appears with Bill Clinton accusers Paula Jones Juanita Broaddrick 10/9/16

She said, "Now, you bring in a bunch of women, not looking their best, perhaps looking much better, you know, 40 years ago, to present them before the debate, for what purpose?" So now the Democrats are old woman -- women that Bill Clinton attacked, molested, attacked, abused, ah, what good are they now? They're just a bunch of worn out old women. It looked bad. Why would they bring them out there? A bunch of women not looking their best, perhaps looking much -- this is a member of the modern era of the feminist movement where looks are supposed to not matter one way or the other about anything.

In fact, Undeniable Truth of Life number 24 written by me back in 1987, "Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women easier access to the mainstream of society." Do not doubt it.

And here's proof of it. So here comes Eleanor Holmes Norton and here we have a bunch of women supposedly helping Trump, anti-Bill Clinton. What are they? A bunch of hags. James Carville (impression), "Paula Jones? Hey, this is what you get drag a dollar bill through the trailer park." The left is permanently allowed to violate every damn credo they require us to abide by. They can go out and laugh at women. They can create a War on Women. They can insult women. They can insult their looks; they can insult their politics.

They can do anything they want with women and get away with it in their minds. It's more than a double standard, and it's more than hypocrisy. This is cruelty. We've been told this is cruelty. We're not supposed to talk about how women appear. It's sexist. It's objectifying. It's dehumanizing. It treats women as less than human beings. And here comes Eleanor Holmes Norton, "Now, you bring in a bunch of women, not looking their best -- perhaps looking much better, you know, 40 years ago -- to present them before the debate? For what purpose?"

Oh, if they'd have been young and nubile and voluptuous, it would have made more of an impact? Is that what we're to believe? If Trump could have found some 25- or 30-year-old women that Bill Clinton was shtupping and bring them out there, that somehow would have more impact? Well, isn't that a bit sexist? And, of course, Maude Behar over at The View. Maybe Hillary could have said, "I would like to apologize to those tramps that have slept with my husband."

"During a discussion of the Clinton accusers who attended Sunday's presidential debate on Monday’s broadcast of ABC's The View, co-host Joy Behar suggested that Democrat presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could have said, 'I would like to apologize to those tramps that have slept with my husband.'" Maybe Hillary could have said, "I would like to apologize to those tramps...." Hillary can't apologize to 'em. She's already tried to destroy them.

If Hillary Clinton apologized to these women, it would be for attempting to impugn, discredit, and destroy them as the head of the bimbo eruptions unit. But here yet again, another 70-year-old-plus Democrat woman running around calling these three women "the tramps" who slept with Bill Clinton. And it's the tramps' fault. The tramps. They're just a bunch of filth! Look what they did to Bill Clinton. Look what they did to Hillary. So maybe Hillary could apologize "to those tramps that have slept with my husband."

"Earlier on Monday, Behar," nicknamed Maude here, "agreed with her co-host Whoopi Goldberg that Clinton's accusers are partially to blame since they knew Bill Clinton was a married man." Oh, really? So now the women are to blame? They knew Clinton was married? In what world...? When was the last time you ever heard a liberal woman or a liberal guy blaming a woman for being raped, blaming a woman for having been the victim of an affair with Bill Clinton? When was the last time?

They don't do this. This is why many people think that feminism has been dealt a deathblow because it sold its principles in what it believes in order to defend Bill Clinton. Back to Huckabee. Huckabee last night was on The Kelly File, Megyn Kelly, Fox News. He said, "Let me tell you something. Here's a little secret Megyn, a lot of these bed-wetting, hand wringing Republicans, they're not afraid Donald Trump is going to lose.

"They're scared to death he's going to win. And if he wins he is going to mess up the neat little package of fun they have because they all play to the donor class and Donald Trump is coming to make big changes in the way that these institutions go." So all these Republicans jumping ship? They're not worried Trump's gonna lose. They want Trump to lose. They'd be happy if Trump lost. The Republican Party, the hierarchy would be happy if the opposing party wins the White House. In what sane world do we live?

And Huckabee says, "The only thing that explains this degree of panic that these people are going through here..." I mean, if they want to lose, and if Hillary's running away with it, then why panic? Why act all exorcised? Why act all disturbed? Why act all upset? If you want Hillary to win, and the coverage clearly indicates -- no matter what poll you look at or analysis -- it's over. Hillary in a landslide now, right? Then why panic? Why be upset? You're getting what you want. Hillary winning and winning big. "No," he says, "they're wetting the bed because they're afraid Trump might win."

I’m in NJ and have seen a lot more Trump signs than Hillary signs. In fact, I’ve seen more Johnson signs than Hillary, and they’ve been VERY few.

It gives me a lot of pleasure to see some Blacks and some women getting it when it comes to Trump.

The other day we drove past the home of a union shill. This guy has filled his yard with pro-Democrat signs and even has a donkey flag draped over his front door.
But this particular evening I noticed his neighbor had erected a Trump sign. And not just any sign. This sign is at least 5’ by 6’ and is mounted, like a billboard, on his roof! LOL

Maybe Ryan should give Hastert back Hastert’s cash now.

He can use it to buy candy and smokes in the prison commissary.

Stay focused on Truth.

Just like Trump did in the last debate.

Vote with confidence.

I don’t get it. How does your state know which candidate you vote for?

Rush gave Trump awful advice on taxes today. I really don’t know what he was thinking. Trump would never win that battle and doesn’t have the ability to fight it with everything else going on.

I thought he was maybe trying to send a last ditch message to the campaign, hoping a staffer would pick up on it and get his but in gear, or maybe even give him a call.

I voted a straight line GOP ticket for many years. Stopped in 2010 to vote against John MCCain - but voted for all the rest of the GOP in 2010, 2012, 2014.

Not in 2016.

I disliked Trump. He would have been my next to last choice in the primaries. But the GOP-E is so over the top with Elitist Entitlement, and so bitterly opposed to anyone the people actually vote for, that I will vote for Trump.

And then, maybe no one else.

I’ve gone from really wanting Trump to lose the primary to where I may vote Trump and no one else! It is obvious that the entire GOP - including Ted Cruz, who I voted for in the primary - is all aboard the Cheap Labor Express!

Hillary is the Anti-Christ to any republican who actually believed in any of the part platform for the last 30 years. The only way these bastards can be supporting her is if they never, EVER, believed a word they said - FOR 30+ YEARS!

Hillary is utterly evil and utterly corrupt. But is seems the same is true of the entire GOP!

I’ll vote for Trump. Anyone down ticket is on their own! Piss on the GOP!

Live poll, dead poll. Like George Orwell’s Inner Party, our Uniparty has two sets of reality.

Through doublethink, Winston’s IP tormenter O’Brien actually believed that he could levitate like soap bubble, if he wanted to do so.
Of course when he actually wanted to go somewhere, he took a helicopter.

Yes. Uniparty—the `rats and their allies—have their public polls which they hold up as accurate and they also have their house, or private polls. Like immutable laws of physics and levitation, they see they are in trouble.

Point? Like Rather’s “fake but accurate” assertion and Hillary’s bald-faced lies, which she states with wide open eyes and an earnest expression, they still believe they can float like soap bubbles but are troubled by the math that shows they cannot and the fact-checking that she invites.

I think its a party thing. I voted for a GOP candidate and they flop my registration back over to GOP without asking me. I had a long conversation with the knowledgeable poll workers there.

You are fortunate. I wish I could do the same, but Washington state doesn’t give me that option. I will now refer to myself as Independent, but I can’t actually register as one. Grrrr
