USA, UK, Turkey, France, and Saudi Arabia have all intervened (sponsored or sent military invasion forces or terrorist gangs or arms or bombing raids) against Syria

all with different objectives

USA is supposed to be a nation of law ... but Congress just lets O invade, subvert, or bomb any countries he wishes on his path to expanding the Moslem Caliphate/world-wide dictatorship to more and more places
