A very annoyed Donald Trump supporter has built a wall of electricity to protect his campaign sign from thieves.
A video posted to YouTube shows a neighbor attempting to steal the Trump sign from a yard. The owner says his signs have been stolen and vandalized in the past, so he decided to booby trap his newest one.

‘I’m shocked, shocked! to find it was electrified.’
The guy ran pretty fast for someone who was electrocuted.
I would use a more gentle word like “shocked” instead of “electrocuted.” He grabbed the sign, the sign grabbed him, and he jumped a couple of feet and then ran away. Run away jerkus, run away.
Yeah, poor use of the word electrocuted. Shocked yes, electrocuted no.
Yes. LOL
Angry stay at home punk dad.....he got his comeuppance.
It’s always the least you suspect. The guy was pushing a stroller, probably as cover for his nefarious ways.
They should print out the address of the blue shirts house. See if he likes strangers driving by his property. Turn about is fair play.
It's the sort of distinction that makes me wonder if the reporter was the one who tried to seal the sign.
Drip STP along the top edge and sides.
Where I work I see nothing but unemployed Millennial so-called men pushing strollers during the day
Thank you!
I always thought electrocuted implied a result of death, so I looked it up. Samantha needs a dictionary:
Full Definition of electrocute
electrocute:
1 to execute (a criminal) by electricity
2 to kill by electric shock
It took me less than minute to do that.
I rub my signs with poison ivy. It’s free from my back yard. Then I look for neighbors covered in Calimine Lotion.
Thank you!
Not a good idea. If a child, even though trespassing, is injured by a deliberate booby-trap, he will lose his house and his freedom.
I must have missed my calling, I should have been a grade school English teacher because that kind of error really irritates me. As you indicate, electrocute is a word created from two other words and means to execute a death sentence by electricity, I knew that and everyone around me knew that when I was twelve years old. Millions will say we nitpick but I grow tired of having to translate something that is supposedly written in my native language. When I read that headline the first thing I visualized is someone lying dead, killed by a yard sign. Apparently we have a country filled with “educated” people who don’t even really understand the English language. That may have something to do with the fact that we are being led so easily down a path to a slaughter pen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2f-MZ2HRHQ
I love it when journalists show off their scientific knowledge with deep technical explanations.
