A federal judge rejected a school district's challenge to President Barack Obama's rule on transgender bathrooms on Monday, ordering a biologically male student who identifies as female be treated "like the girl she is."
Judge Algenon Marbley said the Highland Local Schools in Morrow County had failed to provide a persuasive argument that giving the student access to the girls' restroom would jeopardize other students' privacy or safety. He further ordered that Highland use a female name and pronouns in referring to the 11-year-old.

Liberals claim to be so big on science and all that.
When it comes to global warming, we are told that liberals are going by what the scientific factual consensus is on that subject.
But when it comes to all this LGBT stuff, the liberals ignore any aspect of science. They ignore the real tangible physical and chromosomal differences between the two sexes, to come up with this transgender identity.
In fact, the liberals say we are too focused on things such as crotches, and that gender is between the ears, meaning what you feel, as opposed to what’s between your legs.
Just an observation. Anyone making any dispassionate analysis of the “gender identity” issues, has to ignore the scientific facts of sex differences between male and female. Yet we are the ones who ignore science, according to liberals. Go figure.
The judges are mentally sick.

This is nuts.
But the simplest solution is to go to 100% individual restrooms with a toilet and sink and a door with a lock. Less wasted floor space, easier to clean one at a time without shutting down the whole room, no need for separation by gender. Solves every problem and puts an end to this nonsense forever.
Whats wrong with using the bathroom according to your sex? Cross-dressing does not change you sex/gender, it takes an insane liberal to make this simple issue complicated.
