Clinton, Trump clash in fiery first debate

In feisty exchanges on the economy, Trump reprised the themes that have catalyzed his improbable campaign, blaming Clinton and the political class for losing jobs to Mexico and China through bad trade deals.

"Our country is suffering because people like secretary Clinton have made such bad decisions in terms of our jobs and in terms of what's going on," he said.

He demanded Clinton -- a former secretary of state, first lady and US senator -- account for her time in government: "You've been doing this for 30 years. Why are you just thinking about these solutions right now? For 30 years, you've been doing it..."

Asian stock markets shot up when it appeared that Hillary wouldn’t faint or seize up. Nikkei came back from the dead. These financial markets are saying Hillary improved her position.

As Lincoln put it, “He fights.” Trump is a businessman, has been learning on the job and is a quick study.

Trump did well and he’ll be even better next time.

I don’t find that surprising at all. They view the world through the same political lens she does - that of a member of the insider, elite, ruling class.

Trump’s supporters have always been 100% steadfast. The only thing up for grabs is those who are “undecided”, who either are not paying attention or frankly, are beyond hope. If they haven’t been paying attention, they will start to and everything Trump did tonight will help draw them in.

Trump did just fine tonight. He left a few things on the table that he can bring HP at the next debate.

Besides that, the WORTHLESS-journo “moderator”—besides acting several times as a second “debater” against Trump—asked the WRONG questions!!

If Hillary clinton becomes President, she will lead us to WAR with Russia!!!! She will also inundate America with thousands (at least!) of muslims and more thousands of other Third World immigrants who will not assimilate.

There will also be Soros-funded WAR in our inner cities, and domestic muslim terrorism will run rampant! The cracked “justice” system will continue to discriminate against Christians who reject “gay”marriage, and against victims of muslim and Third-World violence!

New Supreme Court appointees will invalidate the Constitution. And our health care will be rationed and too expensive for most people to afford.

The “moderator” asked no questions designed to get at these vital issues! Instead, he concentrated on the stupid “birther”meme, and other issues(like Trump’s tax returns) that are of little or no consequence!!
