I did not say they were identical in menu.
I said the concept was similar.
Have a simple menu but do everything well.

Maybe it's just me, but anywhere I've seen Vegetarian/Vegan restaurants open, they've closed quickly thereafter.
As long as it's PRIVATE money opening them, I don't care. Lose all the money you want!

No one in that group would be 100% pleased if a veggie burger were offered anyway. They’d complain that the bun was made with high fructose corn syrup.
