Since policing is a problem, the police should be removed from communities altogether, according to Black Lives Matter founder Alicia Garza.

It's not a new idea; self policed walled enclaves were used with temporary success in several Polish cities in the early 1940s, although we all can probably agree that the facilities would need to be upgraded from these used in January, 1942.
They want to be free to deal drugs, and whatever else. Kill rivals and rape women. Utopia.
Most black urban areas are police free. How is that working out for ya?
The headline indicates that the article is not worth reading. This is the kind of nonsense young people wonder about before they grow up.

This is why there is no hope. People think that they are entitled to FREE housing, food, school, etc. Sorry Garza, there is no RIGHT to those things in the US. There is only the right to pursue those things for yourself.
They would end up appointing their own police/enforcers.
You could set aside the South and West sides of Chicago as “Tribal” areas and just pull out civilization and let them apply “Zimbabwe or South African” self rule.
I’m okay with that. Keep the druggies, the prostitutes, and other criminals inside a fence, with a warning to decent people to stay out of the “Police-free Community”. We already have quite a few of them - we call them prisons - and they are the best places for people who do not approve of the rule of law.
Note: Barack Hussein and Hillary could both use some time in a police-free community too.

Garza is a Marxist. She knows well that Police-Free Communities would only take a bad situation and make it worse.
To clarify, I mean the really awful dangerous parts of cities, are often let to their own devices.
