It’s beyond debate that Donald Trump is unfit to be president

DEMOCRAT HILLARY CLINTON and Republican Donald Trump will debate on national television for the first time Monday night, and the stakes could not be higher. The presidency and, by extension, the country’s future — maybe the world’s — could hinge on what they say and how they say it.
Or so we have been told — in breathless pre-event speculation about everything from whether the moderator, NBC’s Lester Holt, will intervene to correct a candidate who strays from the truth, to whether one candidate or the other will be able to goad his or her opponent into a campaign-altering gaffe before an audience expected to reach 100 million.
Permit us to dissent from this conventional wisdom, vigorously. Yes, Monday night’s clash, and two additional debates to follow, will add drama to the election, and a bit more data to the massive pile of it already available to voters. In a fundamental sense, however, there is nothing much at stake, or shouldn’t be, because there is not much more to learn: Mr. Trump has amply demonstrated his unworthiness to occupy the Oval Office. It’s beyond his capacity in the upcoming 90-minute question-and-answer sessions to reverse or even substantially modify that conclusion.

ANY discussion concerning the "unfitness" of an individual to hold the office of the Presidency, that does not take a very long look at HRC, is simply not legitimate.

Exactly. I’ve noticed the uptick in “Trump lies” claims. It is being said early and often. It’s all deflection as it is the top issue for getting people to vote for Hillary - so claim it is a “worse” problem for Trump. Pathetic. It only flies with loyal Hillary supporters. They don’t even point to specifics - I keep hearing about the “Howard Stern show where he admitted he was for Iraq (war)”, supposedly contradicting his “I was never for Iraq” statements. Outside that, which is weak on its own, I’ve not heard anything good, quite pathetic.
The fact that I had independent friends on Facebook post “She lied about everything”, wrt the emails is telling. Everyone, including demonrats, know she’s a pathological liar. It’s so sad that a party has sunk so low to support such a criminal for President. The lies and incompetence of Hillary are staggering. Even if you believe the lies about her email it still shows incompetence at best. Another lie - that she’s been fighting for the poor for 30 years - shows that she’s a FAILURE too then. Just stating that she’s held all these government positions doesn’t mean she did anything well. Trump needs to have this and all her lies teed up for tonight.
I have become so dependent on Amazon, however, I am planning not to purchase anything from them this Christmas. We really need to somehow get their attention.
Why? He is 35 years old or older and a native born American citizen that meets the residency requirements. That is all the constitution requires, not approval from some snotty lib operatives.
What does Jeff Bezos have against Donald Trump? It would seem he bought the Compost for the sole reason to dump on Trump.
Why didn’t they use these arguments against Obama or Hillary; Obama was unqualified to start and is the worst president our history; Hillary would be in prison in a Nation of Laws.

Hillary has directly caused anguish and suffering to at least one 12 year old girl, Kathy Shelton. A recording turned up of Hillary laughing about her success in getting Ms. Shelton's violent rapist off the hook for his crime.
Ms. Shelton sums it up "Hillary Clinton is not for women and children."

Hillary Clinton is a shameless, evil woman, whose claims to care about anybody but herself and money are, like just about everything else she says, a lie.
So instead, the editorial board at the WP is endorsing the biggest liar and gangster in American history.
