Ex-CIA director: Trump knows what he's doing with Putin
CNN ^ | Sept. 25, 2916 | Jason Kurtz

Donald Trump's strategic approach to confronting Russia under President Vladimir Putin is more complex and nuanced than the Republican nominee's campaign trail rhetoric often indicates, his new senior adviser, former CIA Director James Woolsey, said Tuesday.

"I think what Mr. Trump does is much more important than what he says," Woolsey said. "You don't succeed at something like this based just on language. Language is a tool. I don't think it is an absolute."

I am sure Trump knows what he is doing and he is always keeping the interests of the US in mind.

The Dems are just trying to smear him in front of the voters.

Trump would never leave a US ambassador unprotected and refusing to help, as Hillary Clinton did with our ambassador in Benghazi.

Why did Hillary give Russia a “reset button” when she and Obama took office?

What are her plans for relations with Putin, if she is elected?

She should have to answer those questions before criticizing Trump relative to Russia and Putin.

Yet Hillary has openly called for military action against Russia (over perceived hacking/spying) and not a peep from the leftist media and Code Pink.

Retired military generals have openly said Russia would defeat us in a conventional war. Yeah, we're that weak now thanks to Obola.

Hillary should also be asked about Russia, US uranium, and the Clinton Foundation/State Dept business.

Hillary figures we'd do a lot better in a nuclear one.

The “reset button” Hillarity gave to her Russian counterpart had the Russian word for “overcharge” printed upon it.

I can’t stand New York City, but I’m the first to admit that anyone who can successfully navigate the commercial real estate market there is nobody’s fool and surely in the top 0.01% of the world’s population when it comes to intelligence, instincts, and understanding human nature.

I knew that the translation on the reset button was screwed up, like everything Hillary does, but I had forgotten that it meant “overcharge.” Hilarious!

Trump will be like the coach of a team on its way to winning the championship fair and square. Putin is like the coach of a rival team who tries to cheat but no longer can because Coach Trump calls him on it.

Hillary would have been the cheating coach of a team she takes all the way to the bottom. She would have allowed Coach Putin (or the Chicoms, or the mullahs) to get away with stealing the championship.

>Why did Hillary give Russia a “reset button” when she and Obama took office?

Because they believed Russia no longer acting as our puppet was caused by Bush bad behavior. Yeltsin did whatever we told him to do. Putin did the same in the beginning, but he’s spent his time and Russian wealth making his country stronger and is now a fully independent nation again.

>What are her plans for relations with Putin, if she is elected?

War and subjugation. Hillary and her neo-cons can’t allow a independent Russia. Russian’s spent the last 4 years rebuilding their fallout shelters and generally prepping for a mad president like Hillary. It won’t end well for anyone.

Russia’s plan for dealing with the USA simple: Wait for us to collapse. They don’t need to do anything as we’ve been set on a path of destruction by mad leftists.

>”. . . have openly said Russia would defeat us in a conventional war.”

Russia would beat us if we invaded Russia. They’d lose if they invaded the west. Russia still doesn’t have a working system of logistics making large scale offensive war impossible.

>Hillary figures we’d do a lot better in a nuclear one.

I hope not. Russia has enough bunkers and shelters for about half their population and they’ve spent the last for 4 years restocking them and upgrading them. We have just enough shelters for congress and the president. We’re sitting ducks.

That makes him very smart certainly. The fact that he has done in politics what he's done this far makes him absolutely brilliant.

Why did Obama cave and drop the Bush admin’s plan to build a missile defense shield in Eastern Europe, and then agree to reduce our nuclear arsenal? Obama caved to Russia on a bunch of important items.

I agree that Hillary loves war and has a strange alliance with the neo-cons.

It’s hard to keep everyone’s motives and intentions straight.

The “reset button” Hillarity gave to her Russian counterpart had the Russian word for “overcharge” printed upon it.

What's worse, that was no "reset" button.

Anybody who works around CNC equipment, or most electro-mechanical and hydraulic equipment, knows that is an E-STOP button.

Ergo the confused looks of the Russians when she gave it to them.

They all probably knew of it as an E-STOP (Emergency Stop) button and couldn't figure out what the idiot from the USA was trying to convey.

That button configuration and color is used worldwide, as knowing what and where the E-STOP button is, is essential for safety.

Other than the ignorance of most "journalists", I don't understand why someone hasn't pointed this out.

The "republicans" in Washington are either too ignorant or afraid of her to tell the truth, and the Russians probably not telling, as they know that among people who know what it really is, it shows her ignorance, and that of the entire US state department for not realizing what it is.

>Why did Obama cave and drop the Bush admin’s plan to build a missile defense shield in Eastern Europe, and then agree to reduce our nuclear arsenal? Obama caved to Russia on a bunch of important items.

Because they were operating from the old liberal cold war idea that Russia would be nice and progressive state if we didn’t threaten them. At the time Russia still allowed our progressive NGO’s to work on turning Russia into a progressive state.

Eventually they realized that Russia leadership wasn’t just about looting the state and was actually trying to make Russia strong again by strengthening tradition institutions like the Church. Russia then started kicking their progressive NGO’s which really made Obama and Hillary flip.

So Hillary and Soro’s settled on control Russia by flipping the Ukraine to our side and bringing Ukraine into NATO. US forces stationed that close to Moscow would be a huge danger to Russia and might force them into accepting the progressive poison again.

Russia showed much more resolve than expected and Putin actually got an authorization from the Duma to invade the entire Ukraine before he decided settle for keeping their bases in Crimea and keeping a rebellion going in the east to prevent the Ukraine from joining NATO. Russia lost their satellite of Ukraine, but they prevented NATO from becoming a dagger to Russia’s heart.

Russia is no longer on the progressive train. Just this week they were debating banning abortion. They’re working hard to return to a more conservative society free of Soro’s and Hillary’s progressive poison. Of course Russians are and will allays be dicks. You have to deal with them from a position of strength but there’s no reason we can’t use them as dicks against China instead of dicks against us.

>I agree that Hillary loves war and has a strange alliance with the neo-cons.

I’ve talked with these people. They’re convinced they can win a conventional war with Russia and it won’t go Nuclear. Their argument is childish: It didn’t happen during the cold war so it won’t happen now! They ignore Russia’s long history of taking horrible causalities in order to defeat forign invaders.

>It’s hard to keep everyone’s motives and intentions straight.

Russia’s motivation is pretty simple: Avoid progressive poison, become a strong state again, and pick up Europe as American and Europe self destruct on our orgy of Muslim immigration. From their perspective we’re like the old Soviet Union. Our system isn’t working and is getting more insane year by year. Sooner or later it will self destruct.

No, I'm no general but the U.S. has many more and better conventional assets. Problem is, a war with Russia would quickly escalate into a nuclear exchange which would quickly turn to full mutual destruction.

How long did analysts think Russia would just look the other way as the U.S. destroys another Middle East country, allow slaughter of more Christians, and create more jihadis?? It seems the neocon goal over the past few decades is to destabilize and/or destroy countries for geo-strategic reasons. And the weapon of choice has been jihadis. I thought the bankruptcy of this idea would be clearly seen after 9/11. But it's stronger than ever and gave us ISIS.

Which is nowhere to be found in Bible prophecy.

The strikes will be on Damascus and Jerusalem for sure, and probably London and Rome. Those two cities are the headquarters of Satan’s forces.

You couldn’t be more wrong. We don’t have the manpower, the weapons, or the political fortitude to entertain a war with Russia. Plus China is Russia ally.
