Hillary Clinton’s campaign is pressuring Monday night’s moderator to take a more active role in the presidential debate, saying it’s “unfair” to expect the Democratic presidential nominee to dispute the veracity of Donald Trump’s claims.
“It’s unfair to ask for Hillary both to play traffic cop with Trump, make sure that his lies are corrected, and also to present her vision for what she wants to do for the American people,” Robby Mook said on ABC’s “This Week.”
When pressed by host George Stephanopoulos that that’s “what a debater is supposed to do,” Mr. Mook said this case is “special.”

First , Clinton is looking at going to jail for the rest of her life if anyone gets serious about investigating Hillary and the Clinton Foundation
Second, most of “lies” Hillary will need to correct are in reality factually correct statements that Hillary will have to refute by telling a lie. If Hillary says the wrong thing while trying to refute a Trump accusation, she may end up incriminating herself and ending up in jail
It's bad enough that pretty much all of her inner circle have either cut immunity deals or taken the 5th to not incriminate themselves, but It really looks bad for a Presidential Candidate to take the 5th on a nationally televised Presidential debate
Third, she has told so many lies and offered so many different proven false versions of her cover up stories it will be difficult for her to address any of her many scandals without contradicting her earlier lies with new, updated lies that try to explain away both her earlier lies and new evidence that contradicts all of her previous trail of evolving false narratives that have been continuously exposed as lies as succeeding waves of contradictory evidence is discovered, leaked or pried out of the hands of the Dept of State, DOJ, FBI and other agencies trying to obstruct and delay
To try to ask a sick woman to be able to keep all of her lies straight and still think on her feet (without a chair to sit on) on stage with millions watching is totally unrealistic, sexist and unfair

What a good observation. If her assignment is to stay healthy looking for 90 minute under hot lights and inhuman pressure, then her letting the moderator spar with Trump (so he isn’t ‘Lauer’d’ next day) is an excellent strategy.
Apparently, illary cannot handle the Donald one on one and must have the moderator make it two on one in order to make it “fair.”

Trump should inform the debate moderators that any “False” corrections will get the sued.
