The 90 minute debate will be divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on major topics to be selected by the moderator and announced at least one week before the debate. The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Candidates will then have an opportunity to respond to each other. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.

No, he not losing. The Political “Intelligencia” have their score cards for debates. The Voters have a vastly different one. On the one that counts, the Voters, he is destroying her. She comes off as old, tired and scripted being carried heavily by a biased moderator and still failing. She is everything most voters hate about the current state of US Politics.

Hillary is now arguing that all whites are bigots, and that our country seeks to put blacks in prison for profit. She is also arguing that guns are bad. That will suck for her.
Almost no white believes he or she is bigoted and hates blacks. The idea that by being white we are automatically prejudiced against blacks is horse pucky. The more she makes this argument, the more she loses.
