It took this bunch of “student” athletes 3 months to meet? Are they that sluggish on the field, or did the Charlotte shooting turn out to not fit their profile so they are pretending it didn’t happen and they’re dropping back to something that fits the profile?
This guy is to many tge voice and face of the NFL, who, I predict, will regret not having renounced him in every way

It is very insensitive for Kap to being doing this in Oakland. Four Oakland police officers were murdered in 2009 doing a traffic stop on a young black male.
Officers Mark Dunakin, age 40 John Hege, age 41 Ervin Romans, age 43 and Daniel Sakai age 35 wish that they could stand for the national anthem.
On March 21, 2009, Lovelle Mixon, a convicted felon wanted on a no-bail warrant for a parole violation, fatally shot four Oakland, California police officers. Mixon initially shot and killed two Oakland police officers during a traffic stop. After escaping on foot to the nearby apartment of his sister, Mixon then killed two police SWAT team officers attempting to apprehend him. Mixon was then killed as officers returned fire.
The killings made it one of the worst days for law enforcement in California history.
I realize that if you got 50,000 people together and the discussion turns to ‘weather’ and it is 70 degrees with a light breeze and not so bright sun that you probably couldn’t get at least 1/3 or them to agree it is a ‘beautiful’ day.
That said...
I would love to see a ‘flash mob’ of fans at a football game show up early, take up all the ‘good’ parking spots then have a massive tailgate party that extends through the game - do NOT sell your tickets, when the cops are called on you will probably have to have proof that you have a ‘right’ to be on the ‘public’ parking lot.
If no one were to enter the stadium and they lose MILLIONS in sales, maybe the people in charge will get a message.
The first week is hardest, 2nd will be a snap BUT - knowing how fickle Americans are, things will be back to ‘normal’ by the 5th week whether change made or not.
I say fickle and use as ‘proof’ over the gazillion American Flags flown after 9/11 - am talking on vehicles here - can’t hardly find a POV with a flag flying from it anymore.
I still do but that is me - (It isn’t easy being me).
