Today the FBI no longer catches criminals but protects criminals if they are at the top of democrat power structures. They will still bust your ass if you are not powerful. The FBI has become part of the elite criminal structure.
Do not rob a bank as they will get you. Steal a country and they will protect you.

Comey obstructed justice and is actively helping America’s enemies... that’s treason in my book.
First thing Trump must do when he becomes POTUS is to investigate what all national security items have been hacked, how and who made this possible and let the law take care of it. It will make the task of negotiating with our adversaries easier for him if he knows what they know about us.
Presidents can’t pardon impeachments.
A successful impeachment simply removes from office. Afterwards, a criminal trial can go after criminal offenses, but impeachment is a power of Congress that has no presidential input, and especially since Congress impeaches presidents. Otherwise, they’d just pardon themselves in the middle of an impeachment.

I am certain that our secrets were intentionally placed on an unsecure server as soon as payment was received either at the Clinton Foundation or at one of its cut-outs.

When the Feds hold We the People to the law, but clearly place themselves above the law, the grim reality is we are no longer a country of laws.
The Feds/Globalists have taken over our beloved America. They control its massive weapon systems, communications, food and medical supply/care, and the rest of the infrastructure. They are lawless criminals, the most powerful Legal Mafia this country may have ever faced.

No, he should do more than that. He should recant, and then fully investigate the clinton crime foundation with 100% FBI backing and take them all down. Then he can resign.
He won’t resign - he’s betting the farm on a hillary win, and, in consequence, a major promotion for shielding her from the prosecution she deserves.

The next Attorney General can prosecute whether Comey resigns or not.
Unless, of course, Obama issues a blanket pardon to everyone in the federal government on departure.
I actually expect him to do that.
