There was a story within the last couple of weeks here on FR. Someone was trying to bring a civil suit against Hillary or one of her corrupt organizations. Her staff wouldn't let the server near her and the staff refused to be served the papers. I remember the bottom line was that if the papers weren't served the lawsuit wouldn't continue.

I did a quick search but couldn't find it. Someone else might remember more.
