You are incorrect. Trump cannot change this, Pence can’t, Cruz wouldn’t have been able too nor Reagan if he were still alive and I think this is lost on most people...completely lost.
The ONLY Vance to change it is the ongoing Article 5 Convention of states...that IS the only way the federal government is rewritten by returning to federalism. There is no “messiah” to pull it back
