Seattle Mariners catcher Steve Clevenger has been suspended for criticizing Black Lives Matter and President Obama.
“BLM is pathetic once again! Obama you are pathetic once again! Everyone involved should be locked behind bars like animals!” the backup catcher tweeted out about the riots in Charlotte.
He also tweeted, “Black people beating whites when a thug got shot holding a gun by a black officer haha s*** cracks me up! Keep kneeling for the Anthem!”
CK is still listed as backup QB for the ‘49ers. He has not appeared in a game so far. He will receive his salary for this year regardless. Contrary to what’s widely reported, he is not guaranteed money next year unless injured. Unless there is some upheaval on the ‘49ers, he will be cut after the season.
He might surface as a backup in 2017 at a greatly reduced salary. Or he might be doing perms and cornrows at a salon with his sister, Rachel Dolezal ;-D

Until we all stop patronizing them and the MFL, MLB, etc. Hit them in the pocket book is the only way to stop this crap. When the owners can no longer pay them, things will change and rapidly. Professional sports IS big MONEY.

No, I don’t think so. Adam Jones of the Orioles has expressed some sympathy for the NFL protests but I don’t think anyone has actually done it yet in MLB.

MLB did the right thing here.
