Is that the fat guy who was arrested for selling "loosie" cigarettes, who was a heart attack waiting to happen, who might be alive had he complied with the cops instead of fighting them? Because if it is, "they" did not kill him. His own actions killed him.
I thought I read someplace he had a felony conviction. If so, of course he didn’t have a gun cause that would be against the law. :-)
